Every trip starts with a written quotation that lists the hotels, meal plan, vehicle, inclusions and total price per person. Hotels are as listed or similar.
What is included
- Hotels with the meal plan in your quote (breakfast, half board or full board).
- A private air-conditioned vehicle for sightseeing and transfers.
- Airport pickup and drop-off.
- An English-speaking chauffeur guide.
- Government taxes and water bottles.
What is not included
- Flights, visas and travel insurance.
- Entrance fees and camera permits, unless your quote says so.
- Personal expenses, tips and porterage, and meals not listed.
- Early check-in and late check-out.
Payment
To confirm, we send a payment request. Depending on the trip this is an advance (often 50%) with the balance before or on arrival, or the full amount. Hotels are confirmed and a service voucher is sent after payment.
Cancellation
Free cancellation if you cancel 21 days or more before arrival. If you cancel within 21 days of arrival, or do not arrive, 100% of the invoice is charged.
Hotels
Standard check-in is 2 pm and check-out is 11 am or noon. Children 0–4 stay free unless a hotel says otherwise.
Changes on tour
Any services added during the tour, apart from those agreed, are paid directly by guests.
